How It Works
Book Your Day
Once you’ve booked your VIP Studio Day, you’ll select your shoot date. This gives us time to receive your products and complete pre-production planning before your session.
Pre-Production Planning
Before your shoot we work together to confirm your product mix, shot list, and styling direction. With 12 images to play with, we’ll map out the right balance of hero shots, a range shot, and detail shots for your products. Your products need to arrive at our studio at least 14 days before your shoot day so we have time to plan and prepare properly.
Shoot Day
Your dedicated studio day – the whole studio, the whole day, focused entirely on your brand. We handle everything from setup through to pack down while you get on with running your business.
Editing & Delivery
Every image is professionally styled, edited, and optimised before delivery. Your 12 images arrive within 8-10 days of your shoot day, ready to use – nothing left for you to do.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many products can you fit in a VIP Studio Day?
There’s no fixed product cap – what matters is the number of images, not the number of products. Most brands land somewhere around 4-6+ products depending on the mix of hero shots, a family shot, and detail shots. We’ll confirm the exact product count and mix during pre-production planning.
What if I need more than 12 images?
Additional Product Imagery is available as an add-on. Get in touch before your shoot and we’ll work out what’s needed and provide a price accordingly.
Are props and styling really included?
Props and styling from our existing collection are included in the $1,850+GST, no extra charge. If your shoot calls for something specific we don’t already have, we’ll source it and let you know the cost upfront before your shoot.
Do I need to have done a Foundation Shoot first?
No. VIP Studio Day is a complete package in its own right – you don’t need any prior shoot with us before booking one.
Does VIP Studio Day include a retainer credit?
No. VIP Studio Day is a standalone one-off package and doesn’t carry a conversion credit into a content retainer. If you’re weighing up whether a retainer makes sense for your brand, get in touch and we’ll help you think it through.
How do I get my products to you?
Simply courier your products to our Tauranga studio ahead of your scheduled shoot day. We’ll confirm exactly what to send and when it needs to arrive – at least 14 days before your shoot day so we have time to plan and prepare properly.
