How does the 12-week commitment and upfront payment work?
All content retainer packages require a minimum 12-week commitment, billed as a single upfront payment before your first shoot. This structure gives your brand three full 4-week production cycles to build visual consistency and see real results across your social media and marketing. After your initial 12 weeks you can continue on flexible 4-week cycles with no further long term commitment required.
Do you work with brands outside Tauranga?
Absolutely – we work with food and beverage brands across New Zealand and worldwide. Because our studio is based in Tauranga and clients send their products directly to us, location is no barrier. Whether you’re in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, or anywhere else in New Zealand, the process is exactly the same.
How do I get my products to you?
Simply courier your products to our Tauranga studio ahead of your scheduled shoot day. During pre-production planning we’ll confirm exactly what to send, how to package your products safely, and when they need to arrive to keep your production cycle on track.
How long until I get my images?
Your fully styled and edited images are delivered within 8–10 days of your shoot day – ready to use across your social media channels, website, and marketing materials. Every image is professionally edited and optimised before delivery so there’s nothing left for you to do except start posting.
Can I start with a Foundation Shoot first?
Yes – and we’d encourage it. The Foundation Shoot is designed as a low commitment starting point for food and beverage brands who want to experience working with us before committing to a content retainer. Complete a Foundation Shoot and receive $250 off your first retainer cycle if you sign up within 30 days.
