Pricing

Your initial 12-week commitment is billed as a single upfront payment of $3,150 + GST before your first shoot. After your initial 12 weeks, you can recommit to another 12 weeks at the same rate, continue on flexible 4-week cycles at $1,250+GST per cycle, or simply leave with no further obligation – the choice is entirely yours.
Flexible 4-week cycles renew automatically every 4 weeks. To cancel, simply give us 30 days notice before your next scheduled shoot.
How It Works
Sign Up & Schedule
Once you’ve chosen your package, together we will select your first shoot date. This gives us time to receive your products and complete pre-production planning before your shoot day.
Pre-Production Planning
Before every shoot we work together to confirm your products, shot list, and styling direction. Products need to arrive at our studio at least 7 days before your shoot day so we have time to plan and prepare properly. Nothing is left to chance – every image is planned with purpose before we pick up a camera.
Shoot Day
Your dedicated studio shoot day – one per 4-week cycle. We handle everything from setup through to pack down while you get on with running your business.
Editing & Delivery
Every image is professionally styled, edited, and optimised before delivery. Your images arrive within 8–10 days of your shoot day, ready to use – nothing left for you to do except post.
Repeat
Your shoot day repeats on the same schedule every 4-week cycle, keeping your content calendar organised and your brand showing up consistently.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many products can I shoot in one day?
There’s no fixed limit on how many products we can work with on your shoot day – what matters is getting the right images for your brand. During pre-production planning we’ll work out which products to focus on each cycle based on your 8 image allocation. If you have a larger range and want to cover more ground each shoot, The Feed package gives you 12 images per cycle which allows for more flexibility.
What if I need more images than 8 per cycle?
If you need more images from your shoot day, Additional Product Imagery is available as an add-on. Get in touch before your shoot and we’ll work out what’s needed and provide a price accordingly.
Can I change my products each cycle?
Absolutely – part of what makes the retainer model work so well is the ability to rotate through your range over time. Each cycle we’ll confirm during pre-production planning which products you want to focus on, so your content stays fresh and relevant to what you’re promoting.
What if I need to reschedule my shoot day?
We understand that things don’t always go to plan. If you need to reschedule, get in touch as early as possible and we’ll do our best to find a suitable alternative date within your 4-week cycle. Rescheduling terms are covered in your onboarding pack when you sign up.
